To empower young women in South Dakota to realize that they are strong, capable young women who can accomplish anything. We want the young women who participate in Snow Queen to come away with more than just a title and a crown. To achieve that, we strive to teach these young women the effects of a positive attitude, respect for themselves and others, knowing their self worth, and knowing they can be a good role model to those around them.
