Local contests must submit payment for the Snow Queen and Junior Snow Queen portions of their event by Friday, Sept. 16 but talent contest registration fees can be submitted within three days of the contest being held.

Please ask all candidates at the local level to provide you with an original digital file as well as a hard copy to attach to their paperwork for the judges.
